I learned about the Ice Castles from an article in the newspaper. After visiting their web site at http://icecastles.com/ I decided to pay a visit. I happened to choose January 6th, 2018: the coldest day thus far that winter at -3 degree Fahrenheit. It was still worth it.

I understand the place is amazing at night, but it was a bit far from home and I don't like driving at night, especially in the winter.

Maybe next year I'll book a hotel and stay the night. For now, I'll share what I have with you.
